Violinists and pianists from the Auckland Academy of Music will play an assortment of classical pieces including works by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Debussy.

Introducing two new talented young cellists, Kate Xu and Jaydon Ma, who will be performing an exciting mix of music by Schumann, Chopin, Prokofiev, Elgar and Sarasate, accompanied by pianist Rosemary Barnes.
Friday 11 July
We welcome back award-winning pianist Louis De Biasio playing a programme of Bach, Grieg, Prokofiev, Scarlatti and Debussy.
Friday 18 July
Pianist Larissa Chen is currently pursuing her graduate studies at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. This recital will feature works by Bach, Schubert, Busoni and more.

Jack and Jenna are a longstanding and popular duo at Eden Arts events with their easy mix of original songs and covers. The duo consists of singer/songwriter Jenna and accomplished guitarist Jack.
MUSIC IN EDEN is the music arm of our longstanding community art event Artists in Eden. We offer free live music every Friday lunchtime in the beautiful Mt Eden Village Centre Church. This is a performance opportunity for musicians as well as a regular music programme for locals and music lovers to enjoy every week, all in the heart of Mt Eden Village with easy access to the local cafés and shops. Performers range from professionals to students and cover a range of musical genres from classical to contemporary. We also feature a new artwork every month by one of our artists and display the work at the performance. Entry is free - koha is welcome.
